Bold Journey Interview

I had the pleasure of interviewing for Bold Journey Magazine, and here is one of my favorite questions from the interview:

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?
Tell me “No”. Because it led me (often to their exasperation) to ask “Why?”, and it subsequently motivated me to then figure out “How?”.

How could I get them to agree? How could I make it work? The negotiation tactics of a young teenager started to develop.
